In these pictures the eyes are piped chocolate, the pupils painted on with gel icing colors . Brobee’s spikes and uni brow are made of colored gum paste as are some of the characters noses and mouths ( few characters have painted on mouths with the gel icing colors). I have since found it easier to pipe or paint the mouths, noses, uni brow and most all of the facial characteristics. For the spikes I still use gum paste. I was wondering what you used for details such as the eyes and brobee’s red spikes. I am a baker/chocolateer and have had a sad failed attempt with Gabba recently.
